I rented a property off these thieves for 2 years. From the date I moved in (17th December), I had issues - no hot water until 24th December. Their response - it wasn't an emergency as I had a kettle! The heater in the living room gave my young nephew an electric shock. The electrician attended, removed it and took it away. Two weeks later I had to contact them to chase, and they said that they were not replacing it as had "been ripped off the wall by the tenant".
