We bought a property from SDGD Properties and we have had nothing but problems since the day we moved in. We are now 5 months later still have some decking that hasnt even been built to building regs with posts that we not even fixed/bracketed to the floor - floating by approx 1 foot, and is dangerous. The internal staircase is a flat packed occassional staircase , creaks, bows and moves when in use. The contractor told us its not fit for purpose and should be replaced.
