Update: I see that you replied my review Luke. But it seems that you didnt understand the point. You are absolutely wrong. I am complaining about your delivery service. If your delivery service was efficient we would have positive outcome. Your delivery service is absolutely horrible, it is not genuine. The other customers will see this also. We paid £300 for a leaflet distribution service with the understanding that 10,000 leaflets would be delivered. Unfortunately, we received only a very small number of responses — just a handful of customers came in with the leaflet. This was a major disappointment, especially considering the investment. We raised our concerns with Luke in a polite and constructive way, but his response was extremely unprofessional and dismissive.
