I've been a customer with Active Security -Harlow (now Scutum SouthEast) for about 35 years. Just recently they have made it impossible to contact the Harlow Branch directly, and instead it seems extremely difficult to talk to someone in Customer Services. It seems to me Scutum are trying to cut costs and hence the level of customer service has dropped significantly. Active Security was always a good company, but Scutum SouthEast don't appear to care as much about Customer Satisfaction.
excellent service from engineer today of intruder alarm , quick friendly and polite.
These guys are very proficient and professional. Would recommend.
