Was looking around for furniture as we're moving soon. I have autism and easily bothered by strangers but every staff stood at a distance and softly introduced themselves which I appreciated. The sales staff also left us to wander around when my husband asked to walk around alone and respected our ask. I'm very particular with fabrics and many of the furniture has high quality and soft fabric that was neurodivergent friendly. The staff were incredibly helpful, even when I had said upfront that I wasn't going to be buying. Jack was able to explain why I didn't like my current mattress, and helped me narrow down what I'm looking for in a mattress.
