It's our 3 stay at Speight Cottage. It honestly feels like a second home. Picture postcard perfect in every way. Always so sad to leave. Already planning our next visit.
Had a lovely stay at the boskins holiday cottage. The cottage itself was lovely and clean, kitchen had everything needed. lovely welcoming host and dogs , we were grateful also to arrive to a welcome pack with eggs bacon milk bread, scones with clotted cream. All set in beautiful surroundings.
A little bit of heaven awaits you at this stunning location. Sam and Paul and woofs are so welcoming, friendly and chatty, nothing is too much trouble. Spectacular 360 degrees views, the most amazing walks from flat picturesque riverside walks to the spectacular hills all within very easy reach. The yummy welcome food hamper was a lovely surprise too. The cottage itself is so pretty inside, with many original features, all spotlessly clean and fresh. Amazing place to stay. The owners Sam & Paul were so welcoming. There was a wonderful welcome pack when we arrived and we got to meet all the animals which was just lovely. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay. Lots of walks around and the village is within walking distance. We will definitely be back.
The cottage is so beautiful, the dogs, chickens, lambs, cows and donkeys are so so amazing and the people who own it are the best. Xx
