Sent product to me. There was an issue with Fedex and it was never received. Fedex simply needed this company to contact them for reimbursement, and it appears that my calls and emails are now not being answered due to the fact that they believe the item was delivered. They did send the product product promptly, but customer service to assist in getting another shipment sent or refund sucked. All good though. After a month, I think Fedex will finally bypass these folks.
Totally a scam.....
This Product sucks. Paint will not match and they ignore you for returns. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
Scam site do not buy anything from them you will lose your money.
Ordered a set to Sweden. Color isn´t remotely close to what I´ve ordered and NOBODY is picking up, nor replying to my e-mails. 60 bucks down the drain and I will NEVER recommend this to anybody. It says, expressively, that one is free to contact them for a new can of paint if it doesn´t match but it´s impossible to get ahold of them. Pure and simple rubbish all way through!
I still waiting a response for a doubt. I sent two e-mails and still having no response. I see this company is not serious.
Horrible cheap product! I have extensive experience with spray paint and this is the worst product Ive ever had the misfortune of using! Fortunately their refund policy is awesome. I was refunded in full. Now all I am out is the 5 hours spent painting then removing the product.
I can't get a hold of anybody at this company, I wish I would have come here first and seen the other poor reviews. Perhaps if they don't want this 1 star review to stay 1 star, they will respond. Be warned, the leveling compound will scratch your clear coat very bad. It turned my black car almost white. I didn't even bother trying to paint the scratch after seeing what happened. I am having to spend major coin by a professional to have it fixed. Don't buy!
I ordered this paint for my new truck because it said it was a 'perfect match' online. I even tested it on the strip I was given. I had several small scratches and a large scratch from going off road. When I tried to apply the paint, it came out in globbs, not evenly. Then it was much darker than my truck paint and dried that way. I emailed the company and never received a response. Please do not buy this product. It's a waste of money!
