Send the right colors. Utilize paint cans with a proper spray nozzle that wont clog. Don't suck.
Ordered a primer/base coat/clear coat that was supposed to be an OEM match for my Lexus LX450. Tested it on the provided cardboard piece and it looked close enough. The problem came when it was applied to a bigger part of the car. it is not even close to the OEM color, way too much yellow in the withe. looks more cream than white to me... I would be careful with their products...
I paid $141.58 for two paint kits and got the kits but both wrong basecoat color . My order says A33 Crimson Roulette Pearl but they sent me two cans of metallic silver . When I asked for the right color I was instead told they have 30 day policy for refunds, although I never requested a refund I just want the correct paint that I paid in full for. I dont need money back i need scratch wizard to right their wrong nothing more just the two cans of crimson is all i ask order#100070955
I ordered BMW A22 graphite metallic paint (a medium gray) to paint my replacement bumper cover for my 2006 BMW 325i. They sent a dark gray/black metallic that's labeled "A22". I'm not a car painter, just trying to clean up my car. So, I figured it must look right then it dries down and is under clear coat. Nope. Looks black, even after multiple coats of color and clear. Dont use. Will cost you thousands. $$$$$ Products are crap and will will ruin/destroy your car. Not worth the money, in the long run, will cost you 10 times more to fix it.
This is a horrible company. Product worked out okay, but the color is the wrong color (they "guarantee" OEM match). Their own support stated that the color is too light. However, they now claim that if you don't contact them within 30-days of ordering (not getting, or using - ordering!) they won't help get the correct color. That policy is NOT mentioned anywhere in the actual product. There are better, more reputable companies out there. Look elsewhere.
I had purchased a set of factory matching paint, a base coat, and a clear coat. It matched perfectly and am super happy with the results. I will purchase more of these products in the future. I also recommend these products to others. The quality of the easy spray nozzle , the factory matching base coat and the shine from the clear coat is un matched in my opinion. I have over 20 years of experience painting car parts and this one is top notch!
Absolutely terrible company. So bad that at one point I thought i was getting scammed. They DO NOT and WILL NOT answer their phones. I only ordered through them because they are the only company that produces the color paint that I needed. Well, the paint SEEMED to be decent quality but was nowhere near the color of my truck. Junk,changed return policy,fraudulent because I bought under what it said on 10/1/17, now they changed policy because I assume the realize they sell junk.Emails were returned undeliverable and no answer on phone.I ain't playing with them,I filed with pay pal.
