Absolutely awful customer service! I called to ask how much it would be to scrap my car. My father was speaking to my husband in the living room and the guy I was on the phone to was so rude and said how don’t you put him on the phone instead of you being a puppet eh!? Then hung the phone up. Really don’t recommend this company at all!

Don't bother asking for a quote, unless your vehicle is resellable they don't even answer you...so much for "scrappers"
Just scrapped my car with Scrap a car Scotland. They paid the best price and all communication was prompt. The driver, Reese, that collected from me called in advance, was helpful, well informed and excellent to deal with. I would happily deal with Scrap a car Scotland and Reese again.
