Terrible. I called. They said oh ya sure come on in anytime, walk-ins welcome. She even looked up the wait time... Said absolutely nothing about the fact that they stop you before even entering the building and send you away with a tiny slip of paper to get an appointment to be seen in your car via video. Very unhappy. Why don't they have a more interactive medical experience. Where the patient has a portal or something, anything. All I can do is call a phone number, so archaic.

Great clinic and convenient for those of us in the more remote areas of the county. But they are closing the clinic soon and expect us to drive to Santa Cruz for urgent care. Doesn't Sutter know anything about the area they serve? How can anyone from Boulder Creek, Glen Canyon, the Summit, etc get urgent care in Santa Cruz?
Shocked that an unqualified representative told me I had to go to the clinic for people suspected of having COVID despite having ZERO symptoms of COVID. This rep told me a runny nose is a COVID symptom except I never said I had a runny nose. He literally made that up. If you are not a healthcare professional you have no business making decisions that impact someone’s health. Trying to send me somewhere where people have COVID is a risk to my health.
