Just had my car MOT,D and I am highly delighted with the work. Alan and his partner are really nice and so easy to deal with. Would highly recommend them. First class job
Had a noise coming from engine which I thought would cost a fair bit. turned out it was an issue with air con, the guys were very helpful and fixed problem at a cost I was very happy with, very honest people and I would definitely recommend
I took my BMW 5 series down to Alan at Scott’s to look at getting my front brake pads to be replaced and a brake fluid change. Alan was friendly and helpful and advised he could do my pads no bother but told me he couldn’t do the brake fluid change due to needing to do a specific procedure with the ABS pump on my car that he didn’t have the equipment to do. Previously made 5 star review, now lowered to 1. I was stuck in Kilmarnock and needed work done in December. After a few weeks it became apparent that I had a significant oil leak. I'm not from Kilmarnock and my car has been looked after by trusted solo mechanic (and now friend) since the car was almost new in my local area. I took the car into my regular mechanic who showed me within minutes that the oil sump had been cracked (albeit likely by accident).
