Like many would I was a bit wary of doing my divorce through an online company, but Frank has been first class. Quick responses to any questions and clear instructions. Be aware that you still have to do the leg work yourself in terms of sending documents to the court etc, and you also have to pay attention to ensure that the details on these forms are correct. Excellent service from start to end- service was outstanding and prompt. Communication was quick and effective. This service has been recommended to many of my clients and I simply cannot stress how thorough, quick and effective the process can be through the level of their service. I would give them a 5 star rating.
I was very sceptical at first of using the service, given how affordable it was, however based on my experience, I can fully recommend Scottish Divorce Online. They made a difficult time so much easier to navigate and nothing was any trouble at all. No hidden costs or charges, other than the stated fee and I contacted them several times by both email and telephone. Thank you very much.
Shambles. When I submitted my divorce to the court after going through the procedure with SDO, everything was returned as I was missing four documents that hadn't been supplied to me. This meant having to re-serve the writ, wait 21 more days, and get two affidavits signed again, at my expense (which, in fairness, SDO refunded the cost of).
