Diabolical service. Pure thievery! They allowed us to pay full deposits and rent, which is actually legally binding - knowing full well the landlord hadn't agreed, only to tell us they were breaking contract ON the day we were moving in! We had given up our flat, paid and signed, and they told us we had to pay 6months upfront (£9000) if we wanted to move in that day. I rented a flat through Scottfraser of which the tenancy recently came to an end after nearly 7 years. While the process of renting the flat in the first place was fairly smooth, it has been an absolute nightmare to get our deposit back, despite confirmation from the landlord that there were no issues with the flat and that he authorises the release of the deposit.
