We have always been pleased with the service Scottco has provided for usEach of the technicians who have helped us have been great. I was very pleased today when one of their new employees, Zack, came to help us with an air conditioning problem. I was impressed with the way he took the time to look at all the issues were were having and was able to correct each one. He was professional in all ways and a super technician. I will be more than happy to have Scottco, and Zack back to help us in the future!

I have no idea why review buzz thinks I'm my grandson.? Anyway - if I could specify the repairman who comes out when I have a problem, I would ask for Joe Bob every time. They did great job . However I automatically hate companies that use these damned evaluations. Don't put this burden on customer or employee.If you want to know how service was provided company needs to call ie do the work. Check with suddenlink; one thing they do right is call with only four question right after service completed ( less than one min.) Every comp I deal with do these ,it just makes customers not want to get any service and surely not several in one mo.
They did a great job at getting my problem resolved. Thanks again Scottco!!!!
