I am very disappointed in Scottco's customer service. I waited on hold for about 20 minutes, being put on hold by 5 different people only to be hung up on. I called back and never got another person. All I wanted to do was pay a bill. I didn't realize it was so hard to give you guys money.
I have lost all respect for this company. We were told that it was going to cost us a lot of money to fix an outside faucet because the technician would have to cut into our slab and fix a pipe he claimed was crushed. Thank goodness we have angels looking after us, we had a good friend (another plumber) come out. It was a minor issue that cost us less than what we were quoted. It's sad that people will take advantage of others, especially when someone doesn't have that kind of money to get it fixed.
Thank you Calvin from Scottco!!!! Nicest repair technician I've ever met... Came in and got my heater up and running on a Sunday when its pouring freezing rain! Sure there was a fee for weekend call but you were here promptly and you were so knowledgeable about the system you had me fixed fast and the welcome heat is so nice after no heat for over 12 hours! Thank you Calvin from Scottco!!!!!
We are so impressed with Scottco and we are sure to continue with our club membership they are the best company to have and have the best employees who know their jobs and are most reliable even in the middle of the night. My husband will need to call them again and have them come back tomorrow. Technician was very nice, but thought everything was okay, didn't troubleshoot, didn't make sure the AC worked before collecting his fee and taking off. The 84 degree temp in the house is a clear indication the AC still doesn't work.
