I was more than impressed with the service I received from Scottco, from the customer service by Makenzie to the service technician Brenten Wells. Brenten has such an optimistic attitude, is knowledgeable & explained everything to me. Brenten was a blessing getting my heater fixed in the estimated time & right before the snow storm! Talk about service! He deserved a big hug!! 10 STARS!!
Very impressive customer service. We callef this morning and service pro Troy S. was at our door in less then 3 hours. He was incredibly informative and Customer Focused. I am very pleased with the service received and will definitely contact Scottco with any future plumbing needs due to the amazing service.

I can’t thank Marcus and Steve enough. They went way above and beyond for us in helping to get our issue solved. When our tankless water heater went out, the manufacturer failed to honor their warranty. A warranty that I was clearly still covered by. The guys at Scottco went to bat for us and with the help of Ferguson plumbing supply, we have hot water again. 5 Star ratings all around. Thank you!!!

Outrageously over-priced! Clearly taking advantage of people in time of need.
I had 3 different companies that came out and looked at our air conditioner.. all 3 companies charged me for something I didn't need. I called Scottco not only were they friendly, they did it right! They were prompt and super knowledgeable. I had such a great experience with them! I would recommend them to anyone and they will definitely be the company I use for my home!
