Dr Lappin is my doctor and have been since 2005. along with BSWH her wonderful coordinating staff, has made this difficult time in my life bearable. They are supportive, caring, thorough and informative in my care . They have become family as well. I am grateful for all that they have and are doing to continue in maintaining my healthcare.

The doctors and staff are so courteous and kind. They are willing to show you exactly what it is that you are needing to know. I highly recommend this medical institution to anyone who needs short term or long term medical attention. God bless the staff and doctors.

I really would love to give them NO STARS at all....My daughter Kayla Dusek took me to the ER at S&W after my girls found out I had been in bed sick for 2 days with chills, Fever, pressure in my head sinus, hurting ears, stiff neck terrible cough that made my head and ears want to explode! When I got to the ER I was told I would been call back to be seen in an hour. There were a total of 22 people in the waiting room& 10 were just with family! There are many stories and jokes about Scott and White treating patients like revenue, but this most recent expierence will leave you speechless. My dear friend Randy Fraga was one of the first 10 patients at Scott and White to receive a heart transplant. At the time of Randy Fraga's operation, Scott and White did not have transplant status. I do not understand why Scott and White is going back on their promise to my friend who helped them gain their Transplant status. He was told he would get all transplant related medications paid for for life, now they are going back on their word leaving him with no way to get the meds. 4 years after the transplant. SHAME on you SCOTT AND WHITE, the foundind Doctors would be appalled at your behavior. This is not living up to their standards.
