The workers were really nice I like Scott & White they have been wonderful I would not won't to go any place else
I am still at scott & white Medical center. In Temple texas.My Husbands had 2 open Heart Surgery's a week ago.and he is doing great.they are very caring and nice.this is the first hospital that i ever been to that are super nice.and caring my husband feel safe here.when the other hospitals gave up on him.this hospital will not give up.they let me know the hold time.my husband was in surgery's what was going on.i thank God for scott & white hospital in temple texas.
I appreciate the idea of a smoke free campus but it's really difficult for older patients to go clear across the parking lot during recovery from surgery to smoke. And of course they should quit but it's hard to break an addiction while recovering from major surgery. A smoking area outside would be great
Some signage on the east 40 would be helpful! I was told it was closer to STC to park there, but there were no signs, not even a name on the building or row markers in the parking lot.
I honestly think that if a decision is made by a surgeon that the family should be able to see and speak to said surgeon. However, this was not the case..we got only the ER Dr. Relaying info. When asked questions he couldnt answer we were told we would have to talk to the surgeon who made the decision. We waited, never did we see a surgeon or hear from one about the situation before being transferred. Im not real happy to have unanswered questions. Would you be, if it was your family members life in their hands?
They saved my life. Went to ER got me right in took care of me that night . I stayed 3 nights in the hospital great nurses and doctors very thankful .
