We were told since we were transferred from another hospital, that we would be seen immediately. That did not happen!! I handed my man's paperwork over to the er desk and the nurse glanced at it and handed it back to me as if it was a blank sheet of paper. Everyone moved slow and seemed to not care that we had to see the hand surgeon immediately.
Let me be specific though, Scott and White overall is GREAT! We have been trying to schedule a surgery for my daughter at the Oral Maxillofacial Office in Temple for the last 5 months. We understand that this isn’t something you put together overnight, but to ignore the COUNTLESS MESSAGES, not bother to EVER return a phone call, let the phone ring so long it tells you that the number isn’t working......ALL WE NEED IS A RETURN PHONE CALL TO GET UPDATED!!! Great place to be if you have to have surgery, they took good care of me!
I have a ruptured disk and these useless doctors have actually not helped but made things worse. Epidural shots didn’t help stupid pain pills gave me stomach ulcers. I’ve been doing years of physical therapy before I went to this pathetic hospital. They did tests making me bend over and stuff to find where the injury is you can look at the fucking mri to see that, doing this just shot more sciatica down my leg. My boyfriend is in the ICU for an unknown infection and siezures. The nursing staff is AMAZING and the doctors are incredible. They helped us feel better about what's going on and we feel he has the best care possible. We were transferred from scott and white in round rock off of university and the difference is night and day! Love this hospital.
