Scott and White Medical Center hospital is the BEST and GREATEST hospital ever created!!! All of the doctors and nursing staff on the Intensive Care Unit were outstanding. Each and every person was professional,compassionate, genuine, humble and so understanding. They ensure our safety and health the entire time. This is a nice friendly facility! From walking into the lobby greetings and help assisting you is offered right away...where you're going , who you're seeing and even a ride if it's too far for some to walk.
This is going to be a long one and I would like all the shares I can get please. Saturday night my boyfriend started to have a very serious issue happening he was in agonizing pain, screaming, sweating and vomiting. I called 911 for a ambulance to come. They asked me what hospital I wanted to go to, I said very clearly Scott & White Medical Center – Temple they DENIED me the right to move him to the hospital I chose after they ASKED me. I am new to this hospital having just moved here from San Antonio, Tx. This my 2nd stay and I have received top notch proactive care. I am admitted due to infections ,chronic kidney disease, and low immunity. When I need something or mention a concern it is addressed right away or the appropriate person/Dr is contacted to address my concern right away.
