Have all staff working with a Patient follow Notes left in their chart. I had an issue Friday that had everyone been on the same page would not have resulted in my being humiliated in the waiting room as well as leaving me potentially in danger in our current climate of intolerance!!
I haven't been able to eat since March 2 because food is getting stuck in my throat here it is April and no answers yet to what is going on I guess ill die waiting on answers so going else where to try and get answers.. Since Baylor took over this hospital don't care for the patients and there billing system sucks.
Haven’t been here in a few years but it’s still the same ole nasty facility with poor equipment and lazy employees. And looks like the cater to welfare people. Had to help move equipment for my test in order to get directions on where to go. Then the machine did not work and had to reschedule so wasted my sick leave for nothing. Place hasn’t been remodeled on the inside since the early 80s
Great place.....awesome staff....everyone is very friendly and helpful!!! Highly recommended!!
The people that are in day surgery are awesome. Dr. Bird is always excellent. Thanks guys!
I absolutely love this place. They have taken such good care of my brother both times he's been here. The staff goes above and beyond for the care of their patients!
