This hospital is the worst! Already almost killed my father and is currently doing the same to my step father. At this rate my son will have to vegetables for grandfather's. The doctors are top notch but these millennials they call nurses are lazy and refuse to do the basics of their jobs.
They hid my information about my surgery in 2013. I was told it went good. I have been fighting for my life. Jan. 2918 they accidentally posted what happened to me. I went into heart failure had to be put on life support, pneumonia, sepsis, stroke. When I called customer relations about this. I am Pleased with the nurses & NP, my surgeon & the care I have received in the lab & the clinic, as well as pre & post op......BUT when I went to the lab this week-the clerk at main desk was very obviously sick with a cold.... eyes & nose red, & nose stuffy....now, I know everyone needs to work, & me especially--I can't afford to get sick and be off any unscheduled times-- BUT IF I AM, IM NOT ALLOWED to work because we don't want my patient to get sick too (I'm a nurse too- pedi home care) I put a mask on and I hope it was ... read more
I was really Please with all the staff, starting with registration, to the back the nurses, anesthesiologist, to Dr. Black. I wish we had a Scott & White in Kerrville. It’s ok we will travel the hours, it’s all worth it. Keep the good work of the Lord going. Caring for people is very important.
I love Scott and White Hospital in Temple. Two years ago they literally saved my life and I just got home yesterday from a five day vaca there while I mended. The nurses were very professional. I especially want to mention Michelle. She was there anytime I needed anything.

Dr. Hitt was great. He didn’t make me feel like it was my fault that I couldn’t have surgery right away. He also used humor to lighten things up. I look forward to him doing my 2 knee replacements.
