My daughter was sent over to the emergency department from an outlying urgent care center to rule out anything more than a concussion. The moment we walked in they gave us ugly looks and asked why they would send us to the ER. Umm we aren’t medical professionals so we don’t know! She is extreme pain yet they gave her nothing for pain ever. Left her in a room for 2 hrs never checking on her. Quite disgusting treatment. I am very appalled and disappointed in the treatment my mother is receiving. She has been a danger to herself and to others and they feel she is "safe" to be sent home on her own volition tomorrow morning. Not only is my mothers bed controls locked, with the bed alarm on, but she has a tray table blocking her into bed. She is not allowed access to her phone or her remote because she has injured 3 staff members. She has been restrained. Yet she has been deemed safe to go home. It’s ridiculous that this place doesn’t have enough parking. Drive in circles for over 30 minutes, every spot full except the valet spots, all the fire lanes have cars parked in them. It’s a damn shame that they are trying to force you to pay for valet parking or you miss your appointment. They gotta make that money I guess. No more referrals to this disaster of a hospital.
Ridiculous waste of time. Spent 11 hours to find out nothing and be sent home in more pain then when I got there. Rung for nurse, it took over an hour for someone to show up in the room to let the bed rail down so I could go use the bathroom. Worst care I've ever received in an er.
Great nurses and staff at infusion clinic
First time there but was very pleased. Everything was done quickly, and efficiently!!! Going back for second round and course of treatment. Hopefully this next trip is as excellent too!!!!
