if you ever need a neurologist ophthalmologist Dr Lao is the one. most caring, engaged doctor and his staff and clinic is just amazing. note that this review is for dr Lao and the eye center staff. the hospital is another story, maybe a 2.

I was in the ER yesterday. I was brought in an ambulance so I was seen immediately. I did see two doctors very quickly who ask me questions like normal. They told me they would take care of it and was given a pain medication for the extreme pain very quickly. The care was excellent unfortunately I was not happy with communication from my nurse. Took my daughter to emergency.....everyone was amazing. Fast, prompt and efficient. They admitted her and the service remained the same. Decided surgery was needed and the surgery personnel were also amazing. From transportation to surgeons all were friendly and efficient.
I had a great experience with everyone first my doctors,RNS,cans that had anything to do for me. I give them all 110 rating!! So nice � went out of there ways to help me in any way!! My doctor even sat down like he was my family!! I don't have any negative comments about Scott and white!! Love y'all ���
We only visited the clinic. Appointment was on time. Lab was fairly fast. Largest problem is patient parking. Just needs more.
