Totally awesome..I've been in this facility 3 times now and have never had a bad experience. I just had a pacemaker placed and the Cardiologists are great. They helped me feel at ease during a very intense time in my life. The Doctors, Anesthesiologists, Residents, Nurses, right down to the people that clean the rooms were polite and professional and made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you for making a intense time bearable!!
I had my second Ablation on August 15th. The staff in the Cardiology department are amazing!! They are the most caring and compassionate staff ever!
This is the worse hospital and medical centers.... The doctors don't even check on you like they should
Great place to visit. But not stay. Was in the Emergency room with a friend.
We got there at 6 for my husband surgery after checking in at the desk. We went to the second lady who clearly didn't want to be there!!!!! She was rude never smiled and acted that way all day!!!!!!! The lady running the snack bar was worse we stood there for at least 10 mins and was never greeted. No eye contact she just keep working she even walked in front of me so she knew we were there!!!! The nurses were amazing so kind and helpful. Dr lairmore was great one nurse went out of her way to play with my daughter.
Scott & White Hospital is very likely the reason I wasn't orphaned multiples times for different reasons. Their care of concern was exceptional. You could count on them to be everything to their patients, but also to the patient families. But, since they partnered with Baylor, the quality of care and concern has declined so very much, that I fear for the lives of their patients. Communication is practically non-existent. I have always called Scott and White Hospital SIT AND WAIT! For an organization that's supposed to care for people, they really do not appear to care for anyone but themselves!!!
