When my mum passed we needed to obtain a valuation for Probate purposes. We contacted 3 local Estate Agents the third of which was Rob Kahl from Scott and Stapleton. His professionalism immediately stood out. His relaxed style put us at ease during this stressful time. On this basis we decided to choose the company to act on our behalf for the sale. I came across Scott & Stapleton last year when they took over the management of Leigh Marina, my advice is stay well clear, and do not use Scott & Stapleton. Adele Moore is so rude, she has no customer service skills whatsoever and they most certainly do not act in the best interest of the customer. They are a shambles. This organisation is horrific, do not deal with them.

I don't recommend this agency!!! They're very unprofessional, they was very unfair with me I don't know why!!! I was applied for a rent 1 bedroom flat, I was the first person applied and called them plenty of time, every time I called them they said someone gonna call me but I didn't get any call from them. Finally again I called them requesting to book the flat but they saying fully booked now!!!!!!
