Your service department is horrible. I was told to come over for a recall and drop off my car and would get a loaner and then I get here and the recall isn't until summer and I have to wait for my oil change. So I ended up being late for work. Not acceptable.

Purchased a pre-owned Odyssey today and couldn't be happier!! The online price was honored and finance worked hard to get us the best deal. We were not harassed my salesmen upon entering the showroom, which was refreshing. Cliff in sales and Rob in finance were excellent!!
I don't know what people are talking about in these reviews. Me and my wife just bought a 2016 Honda Pilot and I will not by any future Honda for my family anywhere other then Scott Honda. Dan from day one has been nothing but professional and work with us all the way to make this happen. Also I'm from Orlando and will fly back in the future to buy my next car from Scott Honda. Seems unethical that you would ask employees to post good reviews. At least have them use fake names.
Had a great sales experience with Kevin Turner. The paperwork process was a bit slower than I've ever had, but they were super busy that day with a lot of sales. Service wise, we had to bring pilot back for a couple things we were promised and John and rest of service department were great. All promises were kept and I will buy from them again.
Amazing buying experience but not so much with service. Spoke with the general manager today about a repair issue and he said it would take FOUR DAYS for his service manager to simply call another dealer to verify pricing. So long Scott, looks like our next Honda will come from a dealer looking to provide a great experience from purchase to service.
