My whole experience at Scott Honda was so great! I was really nervous buying my first car. So nervous that I put it off for so long and my car ended up breaking down on my way there to meet with Eric. Go figure! My 2006 Acura MDX broke down on my wife while I was in the ER at CCH. She had it towed to Scott Honda, Harlan Hanson in service called me in the hospital. He asked how I was feeling and made sure I was able to deal with this situation at this time. Harlan told me what was wrong with my MDX and gave me options. At the end my car was repaired in a day and at a fair price. Thank you Scott Honda service department!!!
We just purchased our fourth vehicle from John Guth. Great salesman with his customer’s interests first and foremost. I don’t want to forget Rosalie who was a big help with this last purchase. Both are great professionals that are easy to work with and quick to respond.
