I made an appointment with Bill Martin to show me some cars when I came in. I was impressed by Scott Honda in general and Bill in particular. He was funny, kind, patient, and seemed to actually care about my experience. I felt super comfortable with him and by the end of my visit, I had found the perfect car for me. AJ made what could have been a painful buying experience (after my beloved Accord was totaled) pain free with his easygoing manner. AJ’s knowledge about Honda cars and Scott’s inventory was impressive. Equally important though, was AJ being willing to spend time with me as I worked through whether I REALLY needed an AWD as my next vehicle. I would give AJ & Scott 5 stars and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality vehicle.

Horrible experience and typical car sales scams. They said the car was clean and waiting for us to pick up the next day. We drove 1.5 hours to pick it up. We get there and the car is being detailed. What? That was already done. It's taking an extremely long time. Something is up.They finally bring it to the delivery area and its a nice big heated area. They park it beside another car. Hiep Luong was fabulous - listened to what I wanted and didn't want in a Honda Accord. No pressure, no hassle, super service. Who knew that there were car salesmen like him? I recommend that you ask for him personally.
