My wife went in with a broken passenger side mirror. After several people looked at it the a secretive person, whom I assume to be the manager, told her it would be $800. She bulked and he nodded and repeated it. The part was $41 and it took me less than 15 minutes to repair. It took me longer to clean off the tape residue they slapped on her car. Thanks to your service department for taking my car early Saturday morning and checking to make sure all was ok after the oil light came on while I was in town. I don't live in the area and John was so nice and made sure I felt comfortable driving the car again after another Honda dealer forgot to put the cap back on after changing the oil. I really appreciated the kindness and will recommend Scott Honda to all of my family in the West Chester area.
