Wonderful Absolutely wonderful experience. I picked my car out on the internet, was called within the hour and approved within 2. Nick and Phil, the finance guy, were friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. They both clearly love their job and this dealership!
Good Service Salesman was great and accommodating. Finance was great. Love the kiddie area. Something really needs to be done about how long it takes to buy a vehicle. I got there at 6:30ish and left at 11:30ish (5 hours of sitting around- most of the time with my 4 y/o). This is not isolated to your dealership, I have experienced this at every dealership. I just wish the car companies could do something to streamline the process.
Excellent Steve was very helpful with showing us the available vehicles and working with us to meet our objectives from personal taste and financial standpoints. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle capabilities and procured answers for those questions that he did not have a ready answer (a leasing transfer question, in particular). We had to purchase a car due to an engine failure on a 2007 Accord EX-L (not planned, obviously) and the dealership worked with us on open repair bills as well. Very Pleased My husband and I had a great experience for the second time purchasing a vehicle from Ed. He does a great job of making you feel very comfortable and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the price. I don't know if this is standard practice, but Ed would always have a glass of water ready at the desk which was a nice touch.
