Awesome experience with the guys at Scott Honda. Derron the salesman really took care of me.
We spoke to this dealer on the phone, I called after receiving an email and even though he was very nice, they don't want to work on numbers or deals over the phone. My husband made him an offer, said we are serious and would drive right in, but they said no. Not sure if it's because they want us to just come in or what. So that's the only reason for the 3 stars for now.

I had the best experience at Scott Honda of West Chester. The customer service and professionalism is excellent. My sales guy Jay Pham was knowledgeable and personable. Truly a very genuine person. I needed a car and that was my agenda but I was thrilled to be able to give Jay the sale. He made it seem effortless. When you are there you feel that you are a part of the Scott Honda family. Very old fashioned values that you don't see often in this day and age. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.
