Fantastic We had excellent service. Gave us all the information that we needed to make a wise buying decision. All the staff we worked with were very helpful and professional.
excellent I walked in to get an oil change and decided to talk to a sales person about my lease. I walked out with a new car that I will now own once I make my last car payment. No more worries if I go over my leased miles.
High Service Pricing After being charged $150 for mounting/balancing 4 tires, I called to inquire why it was so much, and why it's almost twice that of another Honda dealer. I was told, "That's our price." Newsflash Scott Honda - I'm not your customer any longer. The service rate is $95/hr. By comparison, Piazza Honda is $85 for same service, and $85/hr. I can't believe I actually paid that much, even after calling and questioning it.
The Best Service Everything went smoothly with everyone being courteous and informative. I love the car,would definately recommend this dealership to friends.
