Poor communication both times we have attempted service in their, “smooth sailing” Honda service department. It also never helps when the service manager trivializes and dismisses your concerns. Waiting for the dealership manager John to call me back.

My friend and I both bought new cars at Scott Honda this past November. It was a terrific experience. No high pressure, interest in finding the right cars for each of us and a good price. Sadly, last month my new car was hit while in a shopping center parking lot. I brought my car back to Honda for repair. The service was fast, reasonably priced and you’d never know anything had happened to it. The results are stellar as was the service. I highly recommend this dealership for all your auto needs.
We had a wonderful experience with Scott Honda John held the van we wanted for 3 weeks till we could travel 7hrs to get it everyone there was so nice and friendly they weren’t pushy at all they didn’t sugarcoat anything just to make a sale we will definitely be going back for future vehicles
I made an appointment with Bill Martin to show me some cars when I came in. I was impressed by Scott Honda in general and Bill in particular. He was funny, kind, patient, and seemed to actually care about my experience. I felt super comfortable with him and by the end of my visit, I had found the perfect car for me.
