As a former D'Ambrosio client I am amazed at the professionalism, availability of staff, cleanliness of the waiting and service areas I experience here at Scott that I never saw at D'ambrosio. It's worth the extra 10 minute drive to come here!!
Honda Dealerships are not honoring warranties, they are not properly doing checks and charging for service that is covered under the warranty. They have lied and stated that I do not have a warranty, or they have lied and said the service is not covered. I have paid for service and had to wait for my refund from martin Honda in Delaware, tried another dealership where I have purchased my car from Scott honda west chester and they are doing the same thing.
