My Grandmother recently bought a used Fit from Scott Honda, and she couldn't be happier! She loves the car, and the people she worked with were immensely helpful. Dan was very straightforward and didn't push her toward any particular vehicle, and Joe Collins was great at figuring out what she wanted and pairing her with the right sales associate. They arranged financing, gave her a great rate, and explained all aspects of the loan to her satisfaction. We would be happy to refer anyone to Scott Honda!

I have been a Honda girl for sometime now. I have always referred them since I loved my cars. Back in the end of January, I had purchased a 2003 Honda pilot with 157,000 miles on it. Now, I know I did not purchase a brand new car and it's not going to last me forever. However, it last me 5 months and 3,100 miles. We now need a new transmission. Our warranty was 3 months 3,000. Scott Honda may have many happy customers but my experience today was extremely poor from the get go, abeit it was with one salesperson named Stacey. If Honda's name is synonymous with great service then this woman should not be part of any Honda organization. It started with my demo drive. It was a very cold day and many of the cars will covered with snow and ice (understandable).
