We leased a Honda Civic a few months ago from Scott Honda and because of the wonderful service we received from AJ, one of the sales reps we returned there to turn in our leased RAV 4 and purchased a CRV. Scott Honda has the absolute worst service department possible. I never thought I would experience such issues after buying a brand new car from them. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle and will make sure to let everyone I know know how awful they are.
My experience with Scott Honda was wonderful. AJ the sales Rep was personable, friendly, helpful and easy to work with from the first visit when I was just looking to the second when I bought the car. He explained things in a way that I understood, answered all my questions and at all times showed respect of trying to match what I wanted for the price I wanted. The sales team is great but then again They want you to buy a vehicle. Once you buy the vehicle, if you have service problems, it’s a rarity if they work with you. It’s not like the old Honda, must be a new thing. If you don’t have to pay for it even if it’s a warranty issue or a defective part, it’s a savings for them. Not impressed at all and would never recommend their service department. Buying a new car can be a hassle, but Scott Honda made it such a great experience! Greg Cole was so helpful and nice while going through my car buying experience! I would give them a five and half stars if I could!
