Dr. Graham is always personal and to the point. He explained all aspects of the operation he preformed with great emphasis on recovery time and limitations. All post op visits were good, letting me know how I was coming along with kindness and understanding. When I fully recover from the left shoulder cuff repair it will be Tim for the right shoulder cuff repair. Thank you Dr Graham.
Dr Graham performed my rotator cuff surgery, and it couldn’t have gone better !…I didn’t even need to take prescribed pain meds !…the follow-up appointments have gone well, with everyone at SCOS being very helpful.
Dr Graham was great - insightful, knowledgeable, it was great to know my options and that I could return if things didn't improve. Very efficient, clean office, staff are professional and kind.
Dr. Graham’s patience and explanation of possible causal factors plus treatment options in a thorough manner was greatly appreciated. Also greatly appreciated being treated like a human being with a modicum of intelligence Vs simply just a brain dead #. I was seen by Dr Gramm with a same day appointment for my foot Tuesday. I was diagnosed with a non displaced fracture of the 5th metatarsal. Which isn’t a very serious fracture, but still a fracture is a fracture. Wonder if he would have done the same if it was his foot. No cast was needed and a walking boot was an overkill as stated by Dr Gramm, but the walking boot did help the pain from walking. I was not very pleased. I came in with a neck problem and he told me I would benefit from some type of cervical traction Device to put on my head. Instead of providing me with one, he told me just to go ahead and Google it. Well there are dozens and dozens of different types and I have no idea which is the right one. When I said I needed to write down what he told me to get he said “you don’t need to write it down I just told you” which I felt was a little rude. Needless to say I will not be visiting him again
From check in to friendly staff throughout, this office was great! Dr Graham was excellent in listening to my concerns and offering suggestions and ultimately gave me what was needed to get me back to 100%. Highly recommend.
The SCOS office was extremly efficient & my appointment was on time Every staff member I came in contact with was very friendly & knowledgeable. Dr. Graham was personable, friendly & answered all my concerns & questions. I felt well taken care of after breaking my ankle. Special thanks to Liz the Ortho Tech for great job on setting my cast.
Dr. Graham was very knowledgeable and professional. Using the MRI imaging, he took the time to explain my knee problem, and the available treatment options. I trust him and would recommend him to others patients. Working in managed health care for many years, I am aware doctors have a lot of responsibility and they have a different mindset -I could never be a doctor and don’t expect my doctor to think like me.
