Efficient, practical, caring and understandable
We’ve seen Dr. Graham for almost 20 years. We have referred dozens of friends to him. Usually went to him for my kids - this time for me. He always listens, always allows questions and provides thorough explanations. Grateful to him and for him for the concern and care he gives. He’s the best!
Dr. Graham is preeminent, and I could not be more trusting of this gifted surgeon. His skill, care, solicitude and bedside manner are unparalleled.
I went there with shoulder/arm pain Dr Graham was dismissive of my concerns, and basically because it wasn’t a surgical issue he didn’t want to be bothered. I expressed my concern with my scoliosis and he responded by saying to stop using that as an excuse. He may be a good Dr but his bedside manner and his interaction with patients is lacking.
Very much appreciated his clear and unambiguous communication.
I felt not treated with kindness, very cold, like if it the service was forced, like they treat me like they have to .
Dr. Graham is very helpful and generous with his time. He has helped me with two knee surgeries resulting from sports injuries, and both times he was available for questions over the phone and patiently addressed concerns in office. His PAs are professional and his office is very efficient. It is clear that he is genuinely concerned over his patients’ wellbeing.
Dr. Graham seems to have a Jekyll/Hyde personality in his patients contacts. I concur with the negatives that he doesn't seem to listen too much nor give out options for continuing care/outlook. His common response was 'read the label', which also on the label states 'as directed by a physician'...very unsatisfying...when he asked 'if you had any questions'!
Dr Graham seems very competent. But he was extremely rude and condescending to my 88 year old mother who I took in for a broken patella. He was impatient when my Mom did not hear or understand, very short and rude to her and gave no time for us to ask questions. Also one of the techs sent him the wrong xray for my Mom and we could hear him chewing out the poor tech down the hallway. He might be very skilled but he needs some lessons in bedside manner
