Dr Graham seems very competent. But he was extremely rude and condescending to my 88 year old mother who I took in for a broken patella. He was impatient when my Mom did not hear or understand, very short and rude to her and gave no time for us to ask questions. Also one of the techs sent him the wrong xray for my Mom and we could hear him chewing out the poor tech down the hallway. He might be very skilled but he needs some lessons in bedside manner
I had the unpleasant experience yesterday with Dr. Graham. First off, before I retired, my career was the medical field. I was seen for a Grade II gastrocnemius tear. His arrogance and condescending demeanor was unforgivable. He didn’t support my pain and fear. He discounted me as though I was a bother to him. Never again!!
I met with Dr. Graham yesterday regarding severe pain I was having in my shoulder. His team took some x-rays and after reviewing them with me he determined there was an issue with my rotator cuff. We discussed some things I could do at home to help alleviate the problem and he also set my up with physical therapy.
I appreciated the responsiveness of scheduling after being frustrated with another local competitor. The staff were all friendly and accommodating and patient flow was smooth and efficient.
The staff is friendly and able to mange well the chaos of a very busy office. Dr Graham is very competent.,takes time to explain and answer questions.
Dr. Graham took the time to analyze my MRI results and discovered several meniscus tears that other doctors missed. He answered all my questions and took a real interest in my health.
Not really terrific! I had a flare-up in my RT knee. Very painful, and since I’m packing to move to TX in a few days, I needed some immediate help. My reg Dr there was booked solid at this very busy SCOS Ofc in Laguna Woods. I was added to Dr G’s sched on an urgent basis, for which I was thankful.
