I was grateful to get an appointment on a Friday afternoon after tearing my meniscus. Everyone was nice and efficient. Dr. Graham was straight forward and I look forward to him repairing my knee.
One month ago I saw Dr. Graham because of a shoulder injury. He determined that it was possibly a torn rotator cuff and he sent me for an MRI which I had a few days later. A week later I received a report of the MRI. Dr Graham told me he would call me when he got the report. It is now a month later and I have never received a phone call from him. I called SCOS and left a message asking him to please call me. I have still never received a call. I would not recommend him to anyone.
The dr. I was originally referred to see was unavailable so I was given an appointment to see Dr. Graham. When he came into the room, he seemed rushed and didn’t even introduce himself. He was wrong about what pain I was having and when I explained to him what I was feeling he said, “Yeah, I don’t follow..” then rushed through my “thorough exam” and told me I was fine and to just take some aleve when I feel pain. SCOS office is second to none in the medical industry. I went in for my 1.10pm appointment and was out by 1.30pm. During that time, I was x-rayed, seen my Dr. Graham, and diagnosed. Dr. Graham was very thorough in his examination and also gave me some instruction on how to alleviate the pain I was having through stretching, no drugs. Dr. Graham is legit and isn't going to request more then is needed and give you answers you need.
I’m giving a short review because I don’t want to waste any more of my time on Dr. Graham. The staff was great. However, our interaction with him was extremely unprofessional. I never expected to get into an argument with a doctor during a consultation. He was very condescending and rude. I will not be going back to his office, nor will I recommend him to anyone else. Thankfully we have many choices of reputable and professional orthopedic doctors that don’t have a bad attitude.
Office was clean, staff very pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Graham was efficient, fast paced, he treats patients with respect.

While Dr Graham is knowledgeable about his specialty, he comes across rough. He walked into the exam room not introducing himself and went right to his computer reviewing my X-rays. I felt rushed but appreciated his advice. He needs to improve on his attitude. I felt like we were wasting his time.
