We still have not received promised items agreed on at sale 3 weeks ago, title not processed yet to transfer plates, car trade in loan not paid yet. Get the run around. Lied to each time we call. Very disappointed. Dealt with the same dealer in NC for 12 years, never an issue. Will not go back to this place. Once we get what is promised, and if I have to go to court to do it, we will not ever deal with them again!! Very poor way to treat people. Need some serious training and morals!!!!!!
