Extremely careless employees that will leave your car parked with window down and and key in the car in front of the main road. Salesman Steve is the most Unreliable person I have done business with. I have lost respect for the company. I don’t own a Nissan either!

I purchased two cars and gap insurance from this company recently and I am regretting it ever since. DO NOT BUY GAP INSURANCE FROM SCOTT EVANS NISSAN! They have been extremely unhelpful with confirming information with me and the insurance company. I called numerous times, was promised by various people there that they would assist in the gap insurance process. Low and behold, nothing was done and it affected my credit score greatly. I highly recommend you buying gap insurance elsewhere. Do not purchase it at Scott Evans.
