RecommendedI didn’t think I had enough credit to get what I did. Went to get my daughter a car and left with 2 🤗 did a trade without being upside down! I love this place. They are truly worth the visit. 🥰
Made an appointment to see a car that we were told was available on the lot (appt. made at 11 am for 4 pm) when we got there they informed us that they sold the car to a whole sale buyer already.... would it have been too much trouble to have honored the appointment before making this deal? Or at least calling to cancell the appointment so we did not waste our time... never will do business here again.
What started out as a dreadful car buying experience turned out to be be a good one in the end. I have to say at the beginning of the car buying process I was never going to go back to Scott Evans Nissan, but the General Sales Manager did his very best to rectify the situation. Just got an Armada. Joanna was awesome and made this the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. She is amazing and went above and beyond to make sure she got me the best deal possible!!
I was told I had gap insurance 3 times before I bought my second car from this place. After I bought my new car and asked for the paper work I was told I did not have gap and could refinance my new car loan and add on the $2000 dollar difference. I’m extremely disappointed and will never buy a car here again. I would highly recommend finding another dealership to buy your car at. Giving one star because zero stars in not an option, unfortunately.
Joanna is the best salesperson at Scott Evans Nissan in Carrollton. Helped me out after my car was totaled. Got me into my new car the same day. Followed up to make sure I was ok and took the time to show me how to work the features in my new car.
