How many times do you get the treatment you need and the medication on time. Almost never. Once again I have, like so many others, been let down by the practice and feel so upset at their lack of interest or care. This practice needs to look at the distribution of funds to see if savings could be made from some area other than patient care. Hoping I can leave, but suspect due to catchment area I will have difficulty. Had enough of the practice treating me like a nothing.
I was hoping to get some advice for my apnea and snoring problems. I got a 6-minute telephone appointment. I don’t know; maybe it’s not so important. Actually I’ve been with this drs for 30 yrs and it was always fantastic but now unfortunately I would give it 0 stars if I could ,it would be easier cutting my own leg off ,after several telephone calls and not get any forward ,seriously thinking about changing drs ,atrocious place !

Would be 0 stars if i could give them. my name is felicity so the people at this surgery knows who’s writing this. My daughter is 6 weeks old and has been struggling with sickness and toileting since birth. Family history of extensive lactose intolerance and older son with cmpa. Saw Dr Al hassani monday 9th who told us to put our daughter back on regular milk and gaviscon.
