Mums direct cremation paid for in advance around 2 years ago after my dad passed away. When mum sadly passed away on bonfire night it took 6 days to collect her from the hospital morgue and take her into their care. I then went into finalise the paperwork and whilst there they asked about what I would like done with her nose stud. We were treated professionally with compassion and friendliness by everyone at Scotmid, principally Janice. Everything was explained clearly to us, communication was excellent and the entire funeral went without a hitch. Very good service.
