Very poor quality of work if it requires more complex job. They wont spent extra time or effort to make the place looks nice, rather looking for cheap and fast solutions. Would avoid work with them. While working on my neighbours parking they broke my curb next to the fence and refused to fix it. Since there was a cement there it would require extra work and to even the surface to put bricks right to the fence so they made a big gap between my fence and a brick layer and they refuse to put curbs back. Fully recommend Scotia and I'm not even a customer!! A few weeks ago our neighbour had some work done on their front lawn. We were concerned when we noticed higher than normal water run off during a few days of rain. I called Scotia and he came out to see us, we discussed our concerns and he put in some additional features to help mitigate the water run off. The recent heavy rain fall was no issue after that.
