Support from Graham has been invaluable. Right from the initial 30 minute trial session I felt Graham really understood where I was at and where I wanted to be. His practical approach has helped me understand my past experiences and grow from them. I have really valued the sessions with Graham.
I spent over a year working with a school counsellor on my mental health, and after only a few meetings with Graham I feel that I've made more progress than that whole year combined. Would reccomend.
Graham is brilliant! He is a great listener, caring and very skilled in his craft. I highly recommend him if you are local to the Lancaster/Scotforth area.
