Good hair cut, color--not so much – I'm new to the area and was looking for someplace not so cookie-cutter. I trusted the reviews on Citysearch and booked an appointment for a cut and color. I was pleasantly pleased to see such a cute little artsy shop and Simone offered to make me a sandwhich. She recommended a violet red and I went with it. I am sorry that you did not love your color. I would have gladly changed it for you at no charge. The color used was a semi/perminant which is very easy to change or remove at any point.I would have been happy to do that. If that ever happens again, keep in mind that Any good salon should allow you back at no charge within a week to make any changes. Thank you for the feedback.

The BEST Foundation---ever --- made by Simone – It has been a couple of years since I have been in the RIchmond area. When I was there I had the wonderful experience of having Simone color and cut my hair. I had so many compliments, more than any other time I have had my hair done I also had Simone do my makeup. Fabulous Experience – Fabulous!!! I found this salon by reading the wonderful reviews on city search. I called first thing in the morning, and after an awesome conversation with Simone, I booked an appointment for the same afternoon with Liz. She was amazing! I was looking for a place to get my hair cut. I have really long and hard to manage hair (think waist-length, wavy, and red), plus this was my first real haircut (aside from very basic trims) in almost 5 years.
