MY EXPERIENCE WITH SCHUMACHER HAS BEEN A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!! I purchased a certified pre-owned Sprinter Passenger Van with 8k miles that has had ongoing issues since I purchased it and Schumacher service department and customer service has not been willing to take responsibility and make things right. He ensures that our maintenance needs are fulfilled and explains service repairs along with recommendations needs to be completed. By far this location is the best and will recommend to others

I enjoyed my SLC43 AMG however don't let them dupe you into the MB Premier Prepaid Maintenance if you buy a new car. When you trade it in the remaining coverage is not refundable (although the T&Cs on the United Auto Care application indicate otherwise), $$ paid for nothing. Disappointed!

After the purchase is when customer service really counts. Exceptional Roadside Assistance is truly priceless as well as all the smaller things like the free café offerings.
Had a wonderful experience purchasing my GLA 250. Edward Fitzgerald, in sales ensured all questions were answered and reasonable requests met. I have two other AMG vehicles and had recently taken them for service. Ken Lamb in service has provided excellent service as well. All around a great place to purchase and service my Mercedes’.
