On time and good technician
Schmidt hasn’t disappointed yet. Highly recommend for HVAC jobs of all varieties. Explanations are always thorough and honest, and virtually every representative is respectful and kind...which goes a long way when having to make decisions about larger investments or repairs.
Very friendly and informative. Jason was our technician and he explains things very well and is efficient and thorough. We also like the way we get reminders via text and a 30 minute notice before they arrive. Gives us time to get the dogs put away. :)
