Easy to make online appointment. They text and/or email you a photo of the technical coming to your home along with his or her credentials. My technician, Eric Banda was prompt, professional, and kept me informed on what work he would be performing. He wore protective covers over his shoes and ensured his work area was covered to protect my wood foors. I will be using Schmidt Mechanical this Fall for my heater inspection and service!

These guys are amaze balls. We have an older house with quite an obstacle course of an attic and they still got us a brand new AC system installed with ease. Jared made us feel well informed before making our purchasing decision and was there to answer any questions we had the entire time. Can’t recommend this company enough.

Today I had a brand new Trane air conditioning system installed in my condo. Received multiple quotes and estimates but Schmidt Mechnical's price compared to all that they offered was exceptional. Called and within less than 1 week, I had my new system installed. The service I received from their sales rep Jared combined with the service from their installers was beyond impressive. The customer service representative (I’m sorry I forgot her name) and the technician Eric, were both extremely friendly, respectful, and professional. My furnace issue was fixed quickly and Eric was helpful and informative about the causative issue and good preventative measures for future efficiency with our unit. He also took a moment to make my son feel more comfortable having “a stranger” in the house. I will definitely use Schmidt again, should any future issues arise and for routine maintenance.

This is the third time I've used Schmidt and wish I'd found them years ago. I have two systems in my house, and old gas furnace and a middle aged heat pump. Jose, the technician, found neither system was working at full capacity. The heat pump had never worked well since installation, and several companies had looked at it, but Jose fixed it. From the time I spoke to the main office, to the time Eric arrived, I felt that my problem could and would be solved in short order. I was made aware of the weekend pricing for a service call and anything that needed to be done. Since week days are hard to be at home I opted for the weekend time and rate.
